Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Revit Modeler to develop accurate 3D models and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of building systems and coordination, with experience in architectural, structural, or MEP modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and update Revit models based on drawings, markups, or sketches Prepare construction documentation and detailed drawings Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders Maintain project BIM standards and follow CAD/Revit protocols Perform clash detection and resolve modeling issues Ensure models are clean, organized, and accurate

Requirements:

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP as applicable) Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standards Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil, or related field Good communication and team collaboration skills
