Job Title:

Architectural Revit Modeler

5-8 Years (with UAE project experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed

Architectural Revit models

for large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use UAE projects. Produce

construction documentation

, including

plans, elevations, sections, and schedules

directly from Revit. Coordinate architectural models with

structural, MEP, and ID disciplines

. Create

family components

and maintain Revit content libraries as required. Ensure compliance with

UAE building codes

, project specifications, and BIM standards. Update models based on design revisions and site coordination changes. Support the design and drafting team in delivering high-quality documentation on time. Work closely with architects and project managers to meet project goals.

Candidate Requirements:

5 to 8 years

of relevant experience with a

strong portfolio of UAE projects

. Expert proficiency in

Autodesk Revit (Architecture)

. Working knowledge of

AutoCAD

and

Navisworks

is an advantage. Experience in working on

LOD 300-400 BIM models

. Familiar with

UAE architectural standards and local authority requirements

. Ability to

work independently

and manage deadlines efficiently. Strong understanding of construction detailing and material applications. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Architectural Drafting. Certification in Revit Architecture/BIM is an added advantage.
