We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Revit Modeler

with experience in facade drafting, 3D modeling, and quantity estimation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with a solid understanding of facade systems and construction detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate facade drawings and details using Revit and AutoCAD. Prepare facade shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details. Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs. Coordinate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure drawing accuracy. Maintain and update Revit models as per design changes and client feedback. Support the design team in developing facade concepts into detailed technical outputs. Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year of experience in facade drafting using Revit. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Understanding of facade systems such as curtain walls, ACP cladding, louvers, and glazing. Knowledge of quantity take-offs and preparation of BOQs. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in facade execution or site coordination is an added advantage. Knowledge of international facade standards and practices.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
