Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Revit Coordinator with strong hands-on modeling experience to manage and coordinate BIM models across disciplines. The role requires close collaboration with project teams to ensure accurate, coordinated, and high-quality BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Architectural / Structural / MEP Revit models across disciplines

Perform hands-on Revit modeling (LOD 300-400)

Set up Revit projects, templates, worksets, and shared coordinates

Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks

Review models and drawings for quality, accuracy, and BIM standards

Manage federated models and version control

Prepare and review shop drawings, construction drawings, and schedules

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients

Support BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project workflows

Ensure timely delivery of coordinated BIM outputs

Required Skills & Software:

Revit (Architecture / Structure / MEP) - Advanced Navisworks Manage - Clash detection & coordination AutoCAD BIM 360 / ACC (Preferred) Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and coordination processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Minimum 2-5 years of experience in BIM/Revit coordination Proven experience in hands-on modeling + coordination roles Preferred Experience Commercial / Residential / Infrastructure project experience Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
