Job Summary:

The Revit Modeller - Architecture is responsible for creating detailed and accurate 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit. The role involves working closely with architects and designers to translate conceptual designs into precise technical models and drawings for documentation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage 3D models in Revit based on architectural drawings and specifications. Create plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents. Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure BIM model integration. Ensure models are up to date and follow BIM standards and project protocols. Assist architects in design development and space planning as needed. Maintain model quality by checking for clashes, errors, or inconsistencies. Manage families, libraries, templates, and standards within Revit. Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture). Good understanding of architectural design and construction principles. Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination. Attention to detail and accuracy in modelling. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Architecture 1-5 years of hands-on experience with Revit in an architectural environment. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Navisworks is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
