Access Architects is seeking an experienced Revit Draftsman with strong technical capability in delivering detailed drawings for
high-rise commercial and residential projects
. The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with Mumbai's project environment and can operate with precision, speed, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed working drawings including GFC plans, elevations, sections, and construction details for
high-rise residential and commercial projects
.
Develop accurate Revit and AutoCAD models in line with project standards and design intent.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless documentation and quality output.
Maintain and update drawing sets throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to municipal norms, project specifications, and quality standards.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum
3+ years
of professional experience using Revit and AutoCAD in an architectural firm.
Mandatory experience in
high-rise commercial and residential projects
.
Strong understanding of working drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
