Role Overview
We are looking for a
Revit Designer (BIM Draftsman)
to support our engineers and architects by producing precise technical drawings, 3D models, and BIM documentation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of construction workflows, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain
2D drawings
,
3D models
, and
construction documentation
using Revit BIM.
Prepare
detailed, shop, as-built, and coordination drawings
.
Ensure all drawings and models meet
project specifications, industry standards, and BIM execution plans
.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to identify and resolve design discrepancies.
Manage
model revisions, updates, and version control
efficiently.
Maintain consistency and accuracy across all project deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
.
6 months +
of experience in drafting/design using
Revit BIM
(freshers with strong Revit skills may also apply).
Proficiency in
Revit Architecture / Structure / MEP
.
Familiarity with
BIM standards and workflows
.
Working knowledge of
AutoCAD
and
MS Office
.
Strong ability to
read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
.
Excellent
attention to detail
, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Good
communication
and
teamwork
abilities.
