Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

BIM Engineer

with hands-on experience in

Autodesk Revit

to develop, coordinate, and manage 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM workflows, project coordination, and model-based collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop accurate and detailed

3D BIM models

using Autodesk

Revit

for architectural, structural, and MEP systems. Coordinate and integrate models from multiple disciplines ensuring clash-free, data-rich models. Generate

2D drawings

,

schedules

, and

quantity take-offs

from BIM models. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to maintain model accuracy and consistency. Perform

clash detection

and resolve coordination issues using

Navisworks

or equivalent software. Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation. Assist in project setup, model management, and file organization. Support design reviews and virtual construction meetings. Stay updated on the latest BIM tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in

Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

or related field.

2+ years of experience

in BIM modeling using

Autodesk Revit

(Architecture, Structure, or MEP). Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

Navisworks

, and other BIM-related tools. Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing. Knowledge of BIM standards (LOD, COBie, ISO 19650, etc.) preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Experience with

Scan-to-BIM

or

Point Cloud Modeling

. Familiarity with

Revit Family Creation

and

BIM 360 / ACC Docs

. Experience in

international projects (US/UK standards)

will be an added advantage.
