Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Revit/BIM Architect

to support the design, documentation, and coordination of architectural projects using Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Autodesk Revit

, architectural detailing, BIM standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and produce

architectural drawings

, 3D models, and detailed documentation using

Revit

. Create, manage, and update

BIM models

in alignment with project requirements and company standards. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other design teams to ensure accurate model integration and clash-free design. Prepare

BIM execution plans (BEP)

, model auditing, and quality checks. Generate

construction documents

, schedules, BOQs, and design presentations from the BIM model. Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and workflows. Support project teams in integrating BIM solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and project timelines. Participate in design review meetings and provide technical support for BIM-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Architecture

or related field. 2-7 years of experience as an Architect with strong proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

. Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices. Experience in

BIM coordination

, clash detection, and working with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of BIM standards such as

LOD, ISO 19650

, and model management workflows. Proficiency in tools such as

AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion

(optional). Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work within deadlines. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medium to large commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with

BIM 360 / ACC

, cloud collaboration, and model sharing workflows. Experience in creating parametric

Revit families

. Knowledge of sustainability modelling tools (optional).
