Location: Surat (work from office) Job Roles Review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards Manage and supervise a team of accountants and tax professionals. Identify training needs within the team and provide or facilitate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to junior team members, allowing them to gain experience and develop their skills under your guidance Establish a structured and comprehensive review process for all bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation work conducted by junior team members. You\'re a Great Fit If You Have Knowledge and skills:- Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Taxation work through software like MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, and CCH Qualification:- Qualified CA, CMA, B.Com. M.com, MBA(Finance) Experience: Minimum 3 years Attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel Quick Learner, actively seek to expand knowledge and develop expertise Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
