to efficiently manage product returns in our e-commerce operations. The role requires strong coordination, computer handling, and attention to detail to ensure a smooth returns process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end customer returns, replacements, and refunds.
Inspect returned products and ensure proper categorization (resell, repair, scrap).
Coordinate with logistics partners for reverse pick-ups and timely delivery.
Update return status in ERP/Excel and maintain accurate reports.
Track and minimize return-related losses.
Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to company policies and timelines for returns.
Identify recurring return reasons and share insights for process improvement.
Any other task related to the mentioned profile as assigned by Reporting Manager.
Requirements:
Any Graduate with authorized University.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce / logistics preferred.
Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
