We're looking for a motivated and driven Junior Revenue & Pricing Manager starting as soon as possible who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. This position will be based in Gurugram (hybrid model, 3 times per week in the office).

About the Role

You take commercial responsibility: steer your own markets the best possible way to ensure business success for the whole company. You act autonomously: steer the demand independently with the guidance of your Team Lead. You work analytically: define the best strategy to fill our supply, considering current and historic demand patterns and competitor actions. You work diligently and reliably: customize prices, inventory control, and demand forecasting based on specific demand situations. You take action: decide how prices are set and get instant feedback through customer bookings and conversion rates. You give innovative input: participate actively in further development of our pricing system and take over projects to optimize processes and create new features in the Revenue Management full domain. You analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies for products and services. You will work closely with other departments such as network planning and business development teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Informatics or similar from Premier institutes. 1-3 years of experience in the field of pricing, analytics and revenue management with proven experience in analytics; preferably from mobility/travel tech/consulting/startups. High analytical and conceptional thinking skills as well as a good understanding of numbers Prior experience in analytics with good knowledge of MS Office, especially Advanced Excel, R/Python ,SQL is a plus. Personal initiative, resilience as well as a self-driven and goal-oriented working attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing market environment.
