What will you do at Fynd?

Drive Sales and Revenue Operations for Sales team Ensure Tracking and Management of Sales Forecast and Deals Manage agreement compliance, Price Book for products and deals Manage the Sales to Finance Handover and ensure timely payments for Sales deals closure Drive the process and rule book for sales and ensure consistency and accuracy of data Provide Data to Finance on Billing and Invoicing Analyse and Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to improve and optimize sales Provide reports and data across teams and leadership to drive governance of Sales Operations

Some specific requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. Minimum 4-6 Years of prior experience in sales operations and (or) finance Previous experience of working on CRM tools such as Hubspot Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills. Individual who can be the authority to ensure sales teams and finance teams comply to processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must have), Database and SQL (Nice to have) Ability to understand legal terms and agreements. Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
