Key Responsibilities
Drive
Sales & Revenue Operations
aligned with business targets.
Plan and deliver shipments as per schedule
, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
Plan shipment allocation
strategically for cost efficiency and improved delivery timelines.
Oversee
international & local shipments
across borders for cost-effective and seamless movement.
Manage
customer relationships & vendor coordination
, resolving escalations effectively.
Collaborate with
Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain
for smooth execution.
Ensure
customs, Incoterms, and trade compliance
.
Optimize processes for
efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction
.
Manage
POs, inventory, and order fulfillment
while keeping customers informed.
Lead, mentor, and manage a
high-performing operations team
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business.
7+ years in
Sales/Revenue Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain
(preferably within
Telecom / Networking industry
).
Expertise in
ERP systems, logistics tools, and trade documentation
.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* In-depth knowledge of
customs regulations, Incoterms, and global freight protocols
