Job Description

A Revenue Operations Associate is responsible for managing and optimizing the entire revenue operations process, spanning from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations. Key duties include maintaining and optimizing revenue systems (such as CRM and billing systems), analyzing data and metrics to drive performance improvements, and supporting sales operations through data-driven insights and process enhancements.The associate also conducts market and customer research to identify growth opportunities, ensures data integrity through regular audits, assists in developing sales collateral, and coordinates with finance for accurate invoicing and revenue recognition. Additionally, staying current on industry trends and providing training on revenue operations best practices are part of the role.
