Job Description
- Experienced in working for the Big Four
- Prior experience in the following
- Consulting
- Revenue Assurance and Forecasting
- Projects Planning
- Financial Management
- Project Costing
- Ensure optimal revenues and collections and identify areas for cost and productivity improvements
- Collaborate with Customer Care & Technical Department regarding eligibility, enrollment, and payment change, Service Issues to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experienced with clients from bidding/ proposal management/ presentation skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Responsible for resolving account issues to maintain strong customer relationships and arrive at a mutually beneficial solution for the customer and the Company.
