Role Overview

We are looking for a

Revenue Manager

with

2-3 years of experience

to maximize hotel revenue by setting smart pricing, forecasting demand, and managing inventory across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Set room prices based on demand, occupancy & competitor analysis. Forecast demand and study market trends to guide pricing. Manage room inventory across OTAs and prevent over/under-booking. Optimize revenue for rooms, F&B, banquets, spa, and other services. Analyze booking patterns to identify high/low demand periods. Work closely with sales, marketing & front office to align strategies.

Skills Required

Strong analytical & data understanding. Strategic thinking and quick decision-making. Good financial understanding. Market and demand awareness. Ability to adapt and work with multiple teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. Experience in a similar revenue role. Knowledge of finance and data analytics. Technical skills in PMS, RMS & MS Excel.
