Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust rates and promotions dynamically.
Manage Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and others to ensure optimal visibility and performance.
Oversee the use of channel management software (e.g., SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, or similar) to synchronize inventory, rates, and reservations across multiple platforms.
Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 revenue analysts or coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Analyze performance data using tools like revenue management systems (RMS), Google Analytics, or property management software to generate reports and insights.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue diversification in the short-term rental and serviced apartment sector.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, pricing regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Revenue Manager in the hotel, short-term rental, or serviced apartment industry.
Proven experience in a similar field, with a strong understanding of hospitality revenue principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, including delegation, motivation, and conflict resolution.
Expertise in handling OTAs and channel managers, with hands-on experience in optimizing listings and resolving integration issues.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management tools, Excel, and data visualization software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to seasonal demand fluctuations.
