Develop and execute revenue management strategies to achieve budgeted room revenue and RevPAR targets.
Create daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for room revenue, occupancy, and ADR.
Monitor market conditions, competitors, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
2. Pricing & Inventory Management
Manage pricing strategies for all segments (corporate, OTA, retail, leisure, MICE, and packages).
Optimize room inventory distribution across channels (brand website, OTAs, GDS, wholesalers).
Oversee restrictions, length-of-stay controls, and yield techniques to maximize revenue.
3. Channel Distribution & OTA Management
Manage relationships with OTA partners and ensure content accuracy & rate parity.
Track channel performance and adjust strategies to increase conversion and reduce acquisition costs.
Coordinate with Marketing for promotions, digital campaigns, and visibility boosters.
4. Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting
Generate and analyze daily pickup reports, pace reports, competitor rate shops, and monthly performance summaries.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve performance.
Present reports and recommendations during revenue meetings.
5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with the Sales Team to align strategies and develop targeted offers.
Support Front Office with inventory control, overbooking strategies, and upselling initiatives.
Coordinate with Finance for budgeting, rate approval, and performance analysis.
6. System & Process Management
Ensure accuracy on PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and OTA extranets.
Implement revenue management tools and best practices.
Periodically audit systems to avoid rate errors and parity violations.
