What will you be doing at Atrium?



In this role, you will join a leadership team made up of some of the world's finest Revenue Management practitioners focused on bringing "Next Generation Product to Cash" solutions to the consulting landscape every day.


You will work with Atrium's prospects, customers, and partners to envision and craft "Insight Driven" Revenue Management solutions that are capable of helping organizations grow and protect their revenue, while concurrently bringing efficiency and effectiveness to their enterprise "Lead to Revenue" lifecycle. You will partner to advise, implement, and optimize solutions through industrial wisdom, domain knowledge, process mastery, delivery experience, and a deep technical understanding of leading quoting, contracting, and billing platforms being used in the marketplace today.


The Technical Architect & Team Manager will be responsible for working with the Revenue Management leadership team to grow and develop the Indian arm of the Revenue Management practice across the region. Key management duties will include the establishment of leadership and operational standards for the practice in the area, as well as leading the charge in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, developing, and managing local team members. This role will also include customer and partner-facing responsibilities, such as IP development, content creation, pre-sales support, and solution guidance across a portfolio of Revenue Management customer programs.


In this role, you will




Serve as a member of the Revenue Management leadership team focused on practice strategy, operations, as well as delivery excellence for Revenue Management solutions across Atrium's multi-national team base, which include Advisory, Implementation / Transformation, and Managed Services through our Elevate program. Oversee team cultivation, including a strong leadership and team acumen, refinement of critical soft skills, Lead to Revenue domain knowledge, and an optimal training program for certifications and technical skill development. Work with team leadership, marketing, and sales to help develop market-facing practice content such as webinars, blogs, and white papers, with a big emphasis on building out and performing solution demos for customers and partners. Help team leadership and other Atrium practice leads to provide pre-sales support to shape optimal prospect / customer quotes and proposals. Provide support for sales to delivery transition and mobilization. Serve as a solution / technical architect, advisor, and team lead across a select group of Atrium's customer base, executing transformational Revenue Management solutions. Demonstrate the ability to earn partner and customer trusted advisory status across customer engagements. Communicate effectively with partners, customers, and team members across all phases of delivery to ensure team collaboration and project success. Demonstrate the ability to influence business teams to maximize customer investments in concert with new solutions presently being developed. Help continually drive delivery excellence through standardization of common project deliverables during an engagement, such as requirements capture, process documentation, platform configuration (cfg work books), design documentation, requirements refinement (story maps, epics, and user stories), demo scripts with a forum for feedback, code development & testing standards (coverage), as well as QA reporting, cut-over processes, and deployment procedures. Evaluate Salesforce.com (and/or other partner) roadmaps and releases to provide ongoing information of new platform functionality arriving immediately and/or the near future. Serve as a distinguished leader and ambassador for Atrium and the Revenue Management team during events, conferences, and other interactive forums with prospects, partners, and customers.

In this role, you will have:




12+ years of experience of successfully framing, managing, and delivering transformational "Lead to Revenue Solutions" with partners and customers in a consulting / professional services environment. 10+ years of leading and developing teams that provide full consulting lifecycle services (Advisory, Implementation, & Mgd Services) in the Revenue Management space. This includes domain knowledge, best practices, and command of industry leading technology platforms across the Lead to Revenue lifecycle. Key emphasis for the role is on the Salesforce ecosystem, but experience with other leading technology platforms is also a plus, including Conga/Apttus, Oracle, Docusign, Zuora, NetSuite, Billing Platform, and others is also applicable. 7+ years of supporting pre-sales activities such as, performing demos, scoping, estimating, quoting, along with proposal and SOW creation throughout the pursuit and deal cycle. 8+ years of experience and mastery of technical design of Lead to Revenue solutions, notably around quoting, contracting, order orchestration, and billing solutions. Proven experience leading technical teams through Lead to Revenue transformational programs as a technical lead, solution architect, and/or integration/development leader. Demonstration of operational excellence, which includes billable team utilization, CSAT's, ESAT's, and contributing to partner scoring systems, such as Salesforce's Navigator feedback platform. Strong ability to work with customers, partners, and internal teams at all levels. Proven experience in taking highly conceptual business needs and translating them into value driven Revenue Management solutions that can be effectively implemented. 5+ years of experience building Lead to Revenue accelerators and tools from pre-sales through delivery execution. Strong presentation and communication skills. Enthusiastic, professional and confident team player with a strong focus on customer success who can present effectively even under adverse conditions. Exposure and curiosity regarding the application of data science, machine learning, and AI into next-generation consulting solutions.
