We're looking for a results-driven Business Growth Associate to help expand our international client base and contribute to our global success story.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, Fiverr, GoodFirms, and other international platforms. Execute outbound campaigns through email marketing, cold calling, and social media. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and conversions.
Client Communication & Relationship Management

Understand client goals and recommend the right IT solutions. Prepare impactful proposals, quotations, and presentations. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure project success. Manage the full client journey -- from outreach to closure -- and nurture long-term partnerships.
Growth & Reporting

Track performance metrics and optimize sales strategies. Maintain accurate CRM records and communication logs. Suggest innovative ideas to enhance lead conversion, retention, and overall growth.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in international IT sales / business development

Strong understanding of web, mobile, and software development services

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience working with US, UK, Europe, and Australia markets

Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player
