Identify, acquire, and onboard new retail clients for Demat and trading accounts through company-generated leads as well as self-sourced referrals and networking.
Promote and cross-sell a range of investment and financial products including equities, mutual funds, SIPs, IPOs and insurance solutions.
Conduct client meetings and consultations to explain product features, benefits and investment opportunities based on client needs.
Assist clients throughout the end-to-end account opening process, including KYC documentation and trading activation.
Achieve assigned monthly acquisition, sales, and revenue targets in line with business objectives.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business, portfolio expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, and financial products to provide accurate and value-driven guidance to clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely reporting of daily activities, lead status, and conversion metrics.
