Job Description

RADISE India - Smart Infrastructure Group (SIG) is a Infratech company based in United States with office in Hyderabad, looking to hire a Billing and Revenue Analyst / Revenue Assurance Specialist. The role ensures that all billable revenues across Fixed Price and Time & Materials contracts are accurately invoiced, approved, and collected. This role is critical in maintaining financial integrity, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with government contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing & Billing

Prepare and submit accurate invoices for all billable services. Coordinate with Project Managers for invoice approvals. Ensure invoices comply with contract terms and billing schedules. Track and reconcile Filed and Lab tests billing under contracts.

Identify and resolve billing discrepancies

, such as:

Unbilled services

due to missed time entries or lab test logs.

Duplicate billing

of the same service or test.

Incorrect rates

applied (e.g., outdated contract rates or wrong labor categories).

Misclassification of contract type

(e.g., billing T&M items under Fixed Price).

Billing outside contract scope

without proper change order documentation.

Missing backup documentation

required by government clients (e.g., test reports, timesheets).

Incorrect project codes or client references

leading to invoice rejection.

Revenue Assurance

Monitor project budgets and billing milestones. Maintain billing calendar and follow up on pending approvals. Ensure compliance with Florida State and USACE billing standards. Reconcile billed vs. earned revenue to prevent leakage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in accounting, Finance, or Civil Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in a project billing, project accounting, or revenue assurance role,

specifically within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry

experience is highly preferred but not necessary. Working knowledge in any ERP/project accounting systems. Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Business Central is highly preferred but not necessary.
