We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Hotel Revenue Analyst
to support pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization for our property. The role focuses on data analysis, market research, OTAs, and distribution management.
Key Responsibilities:
Review daily pickup report, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
Check OTA extranets for rate parity and inventory accuracy
Analyze booking trends & forecast demand
Implement pricing strategies and rate plans
Manage OTA extranets, website rates & channel manager effectively
Analyze competitor rates and adjust price recommendations
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
Communicate updates with Partner Hotels
Schedule monthly revenue meetings and follow up with Revenue Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 Yrs. revenue management experience - Hotels
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PMS/CRS/Channel Manager systems
Knowledge and execution of OTA platforms and distribution channels.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
