Global Finance Information Center in Bangalore is shared service finance center of Oracle finance. Accounts Receivables Center of Excellence team is primarily engaged in managing operations of all modes of invoice delivery while focusing on process excellence in the new generation electronic invoicing space and managing Accounts Receivable reporting and MIS. The position is open for a Manager (M2). The primary responsibilities of this role would be manage the Invoice delivery activities in JAPAC region and Global AR Reporting team which is involved in generation and distribution of periodic reports (Daily, Monthly & Quarterly), TAT reports & AR Dashboards (KPI & Executive dashboards). Candidate should have good people management experience and willing to work in any shift and other business driven shift timings. Candidate must possess, good inter-personal communication skills, sound accounting knowledge, good MS office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and should have a blend of technical skills like database management, SQL, Excel, Python or R, and data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI), along with soft skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication
