They act as a servant leader, ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices to deliver high-quality products. Key responsibilities include:Facilitating Scrum Events: Organizing and leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesRemoving Obstacles: Identifying and resolving impediments that hinder the team's progressCoaching and Mentoring: Providing guidance to team members on Agile practices and fostering a collaborative environmentEnsuring Transparency: Maintaining clear communication channels between the team and stakeholdersMonitoring Progress: Using tools like burndown charts and Scrum boards to track the team's progress and performance.Job location is based out of Bangalore, KarnatakaWhat you will doThe Scrum Master should work toward becoming a professional facilitator and not just the person who runs the meetingsThe Scrum Master coaches and encourages the team to keep the status of their work current and accurate in ADOHelps the team understand why work execution metrics are important and how they can be used to improve the overall performance of the system of deliveryEncourage the team to resolve problems together and without outside interventionRelentlessly remove barriers with an understanding the team needs to take on impediments as wellAllow the team to fail, but fail small and allow the team to recover and ultimately learn from failureTake a pragmatic approach and meet the team where they are at in their transformation journeyEncourage the team to take a team-first attitude that is always focused on delivering quality resultsMust be able to work independently (due to time zone difference)About YouSkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in fields like Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working as Scrum masterExperience coordinating or leading teamsBasic understanding of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and their application along with SAFe Agile certificationsSkills to coach team members and stakeholders in Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvementAbility to effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesStrong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with team members and stakeholdersProficiency in resolving conflicts and removing impediments that hinder the team's progressAbility to lead by example, empower the team, and promote self-managementCertified ScrumMaster/ SAFe Agile certificationPreferred Qualifications/ Experience

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban
• Exposure to Agile scrum methodologies
• Experience in software development or IT project management
• Obtaining certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Any prior working experience in Energy industry
