? Core Responsibilities
? Revenue, Compliance & Close
Lead full-cycle revenue accounting, managing accruals, deferrals, and detailed cash forecasting.
Ensure rigorous compliance with ASC 606 standards and continuously manage the revenue recognition framework.
Coordinate and execute accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end close processes.
Ensure a strong SOX control environment, maintain audit readiness, and guarantee overall regulatory compliance.
? Transformation & Systems
Drive process standardization, finance transformation, and automation across the function.
Lead digitization efforts across key systems and analytics platforms (Oracle ERP, Power BI, Looker Studio).
Contribute to and actively leverage best practices from a Finance Center of Excellence (CoE) framework.
? Strategic Planning & Analysis
Provide strategic financial insights on core metrics, including EBITDA, REIT structures, and FFO (Funds From Operations).
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial reporting accuracy and data integrity.
Apply strong skills in cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support executive decisions.
?? Required Skills & Tools
Technical Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of ASC 606 and deep understanding of real estate finance, including REIT and FFO metrics.
System Proficiency: Strong command of Oracle ERP and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio. Familiarity with Google Workspace.
Process Improvement: Familiarity with Lean finance principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and audit handling.
CoE Experience: Proven experience working within or contributing to a Center of Excellence framework.
? Qualifications & Experience
Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant, progressive finance and accounting experience.
Track Record: Proven success in finance transformation and CoE-led standardization initiatives.
Leadership & Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership skills. Must possess an analytical mindset with strategic execution capabilities, a passion for innovation, governance, and process rigor, and an ability to drive impact through data-driven decision-making.
