Job Description

REVE Chat is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager based in Delhi/NCR. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities to expand our customer base.Salary - As per industry standardsKey Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with large and mid-enterprise clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, etc.).- Conduct product demos, prepare customized proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.- Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience.- Maintain a deep understanding of REVE Chat's product features and market trends to effectively position our solutions.- Overview timely renewals and subscriptions of existing clients and share timely reminder/invoices to them.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS product, solution selling.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.- Familiar with CRM tools.
