We are looking for experienced React.js Developers with strong front-end engineering skills to be part of our dynamic team. If you have a passion for UI development and want to make an impact, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance web applications using React.js, JavaScript, Redux, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Work on front-end development using modern UI frameworks and tools.
• Ensure responsive design and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement best practices for UI development, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Work with asynchronous service-to-service communication for modern web architectures.
• Participate in Agile development processes and leverage DevOps tools like GIT and Jenkins.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed.
• Work closely with onshore counterparts with reasonable overlap time.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on UI engineering experience in web development.
• 6+ years of recent experience working with React.js frameworks.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, CSS.
• Exposure to common front-end development tools and modern web architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, performance-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working on highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS for application deployment and maintenance.
• Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
