We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reverse Logistics Coordinator to manage returned packages, coordinate reverse pick-ups, and resolve returned package issues. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processing of returns, maintain accurate records, and support smooth reverse logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and arrange reverse pick-ups (RVP) of returned packages.
Inspect and verify returned packages for damages, discrepancies, or issues.
Update records and track returned items in the inventory or logistics system.
Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve package return issues.
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of returned package processing.
Identify opportunities to streamline reverse logistics processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or returns handling preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
