Position: Returns Executive

Role Overview:

As a Returns Executive, you will be responsible for daily reconciliation, returns checking, and claim filing while working closely with major marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, TataCliq, and Ajio. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform daily returns reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.

-Inspect and verify returns on a daily basis.

-File claims on various marketplaces accurately and timely.

-Collaborate with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, TataCliq, and Ajio to resolve issues.

-Maintain and update return trackers and reports using Excel.

-Identify discrepancies and resolve operational challenges proactively.

-Work closely with internal teams to improve processes.

Requirements:

? Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce returns or operations.

? Prior experience with top marketplaces is a plus.

? Excel proficiency for data tracking and reporting.

? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

? Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
