iBELL Power Tools is seeking an experienced and technically skilled
Returns Coordinator
to lead our product returns and dispatch operations. This is a
managerial position
responsible for overseeing a team handling product returns from e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire returns process -- from product receipt to final disposition.
Supervise and guide the returns supervisors and service technicians.
Evaluate and classify returned items based on technical inspection.
Coordinate with service, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product movement.
Track and maintain accurate records of all returned items.
Generate and present reports on return trends, root causes, and process improvements.
Ensure timely turnaround of returns while maintaining quality and service standards.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
3-6 years in product service, returns management, or technical operations.
Industry Preference:
Power Tools, Electronics, or Consumer Durables.
Skills Required
Strong technical understanding of electronic and power tool products.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, ERP preferred).
