We are looking for enthusiastic Documentation Interns with a Computer Science background and strong English communication skills to join our growing team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and maintain

user manuals, technical documentation, API guides

, and

knowledge base articles

for our software products. Collaborate with

engineering, QA, and product teams

to understand product functionalities and convert technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. Review existing documentation to ensure

accuracy, consistency, and clarity

. Work on

document versioning

, formatting, and publishing using industry-standard tools. Assist in creating

release notes, FAQs, and tutorials

for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

. Strong understanding of

software development concepts

and ability to comprehend technical details. Excellent

written and verbal English communication skills

. Ability to write clear, structured, and grammatically correct technical content. Proficiency in

MS Office / Google Docs

; familiarity with

Markdown, Confluence, or similar tools

is a plus. Keen attention to detail and ability to

work collaboratively in a team environment

.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Basic knowledge of

APIs, SDKs, or cloud platforms

.
Experience with

version control systems

(like Git).
Understanding of

software documentation standards and tools

(such as Doxygen, Sphinx, or Swagger).
