Summary

The primary aim is to optimize existing HVAC installations and deliver enhanced performance and sustainability for clients.

What You'll Do

Assessment and Diagnosis:

Inspecting existing HVAC systems to identify areas of inefficiency, potential failures, and opportunities for improvement.

Conducting thorough evaluations of equipment condition, system design, and configuration.

Analyzing energy usage patterns and maintenance costs to identify upgrade opportunities.

Design and Recommendation:

Developing tailored retrofit solutions to meet specific client needs and goals, such as improved energy efficiency, comfort, or compliance with regulations.

Recommending energy-efficient technologies, equipment upgrades, and control system enhancements.

Collaborating with engineering and service teams to ensure seamless integration of new components.

Client Interaction and Sales:

Working alongside the BDM Retrofit to Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on HVAC retrofit solutions.

Working with the sales managers and BDM to prepare proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving sales closure.

Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on system operation and maintenance.

Required skills and expertise:

Technical Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and controls.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

Knowledge of energy efficiency principles, building science, and sustainable design practices.

Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and related technologies.

Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex HVAC issues.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.

Project management and organizational skills.

Adaptability and a willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trend

Educational Requirements:University Degree or similar education in marketing, engineering, HVAC Working Experiences:Min 10 years of experience in HVAC control related industry.

Min. 10 years of experience on management.

Solid experience in business development or running sales organization

Experience in international company's practice.

Special Requirements: Good command of written and spoken English

Proficiency in MS Office

Willingness to travel extensively within the region
