Strong Photo Retoucher Profile - Advertising Background + Character Focus Mandatory (Experience 1) : 5+ YOE in high-end photo retouching with a strong portfolio showcasing character/people retouching, color grading, image manipulation, and composition work Mandatory (Experience 2) : Must have prior experience working on marketing/advertising visuals for digital and print media Mandatory (Core Skill 1) : Must have proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for high-quality skin retouching, masking, background cleanup, and composite work Mandatory (Core Skill 2) : Strong understanding of CMYK color space and print production standards Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have a strong before/after portfolio of retouching work focused on character/portrait imagery, color correction, and cleanups for campaign-level deliverables Mandatory (Company) : Advertising/Creative Agencies (Pharmaceutical Ad Agencies highly preferred)
Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a meticulous and creative Photo Retoucher to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and perfecting images across various digital and print media, ensuring that all visual content meets the highest quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality retouching, including color correction, skin retouching, masking and silos, background adjustments, and image compositing to ensure visual consistency and appeal. Collaborate with photographers, designers, and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver images that align with creative briefs. Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in photo editing and retouching techniques. Utilize software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to execute professional-grade image enhancements.
Ideal Candidate

Required:

Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end retouching skills with before/after stills. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for image manipulation and enhancement. Strong attention to detail, color accuracy, and aesthetic sensibility. Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred:

Experience working in a creative agency or in-house creative team. Familiarity with additional tools such as Capture One or Affinity Photo. Basic knowledge of photography principles and techniques. Knowledge of additional software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Maxon Suit

Technical Skills:

Advanced Photoshop skills for precise image manipulation and retouching. Expertise in color correction, image composition, digital asset management, and creating vector and pixel silos. Understanding of file formats, resolution, and color spaces for both digital and print production.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred 6-8 years of experience in design, preferably in a collaborative team environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for learning new software and staying ahead of emerging technologies. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs and artistic styles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ?900,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
