Software Architect Profile Description: Collaborate with product organization stakeholders to understand the overall goals, any short-term priorities and design solutions that meet both tactical as well as strategic nature. Deliver solution design that aligns with the overall business goals. Be aware of the complexities associated with the current product portfolio and the strategic goals of the modern product portfolio Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Architecture & development leaders to validate the solution to ensure that the solution not only meet its intended purpose, but also aligns with the overall product standards as well as minimizes the impact to other sub-systems. Application of standard design patterns and re-use application frameworks to effectively leverage the existing assets as well as contribute to organizations reusable assets. Provide technical designs to software developers, including how to construct and integrate software, to meet both functional, non-functional requirements as well as adhere to ADP enterprise architecture standards, principles and platforms. Describe fine-grained components, application programming interfaces and frameworks (development and runtime) of a system based on solution requirements. Review implementation to confirm with the design standard, optimal, performant and adhere to defined coding standards. LI-DNI
Qualification Requirements: B.E. or MCA with 14+ years of experience in architecture, designing, and building large scale distributed systems. Experience with Microservices architecture, Design Patterns, API Design, System Integrations. Proficient with Microsoft .Net technologies as well as open-source technologies like NodeJS, PHP Experience with both RDBMS & No-SQL databases such as SQL Server, Mongo Hands-on experience with full stack development experience, various 3rd party tools for monitoring as well as trouble shooting Exposure to building solutions on any cloud technologies and Tools. Extensive experience doing design and code reviews and providing guidance to development teams. Soft skills such as whiteboarding to present different design options, incorporating feedback from teams, performing cost benefit and trade-off analysis, bias for practical use vs theory, etc. Experience researching various approaches, doing proof-of-concepts, assessing pros and cons and presenting viable fit-for-purpose designs. Exceptional interpersonal skills that include the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels Experience using and exploring GenAI
