Legal & Liaison Officer (Retired Police Constable / SI)



Roles & Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day legal and police-related issues of the company Coordinate with local police stations, courts, and government offices Assist in handling complaints, FIR follow-ups, and case documentation Support management during inspections, inquiries, and legal proceedings Monitor and resolve employee-related disputes and misconduct cases Maintain records of legal cases, notices, and compliance documents Support security, discipline, and law & order within company premises Conduct preliminary internal investigations when required

Eligibility:



Retired

Police Constable

/

Sub-Inspector (SI)

Basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle confidential matters responsibly

Preferred Skills:



Experience in liaison with police and legal authorities Knowledge of labor laws and industrial legal matters (preferred) Familiarity with factory/industrial environment (added advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
