We are hiring a

Retired Mechanical Plant Head

with a

strong mechanical background

and proven experience in

plant operations, technical management, and team leadership

, preferably from the

boiler, fabrication, or core engineering industry

.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and advise on

mechanical operations

, utility systems, and

boiler plant functioning

Guide and mentor

technical teams

, ensuring operational efficiency and safety Supervise

preventive maintenance

, breakdown analysis, and root cause identification Support in

administrative functions

, including manpower planning, vendor management, and compliance Ensure adherence to

quality, safety, and statutory regulations (ISO, Factory Act, IBR)

Review mechanical designs, layouts, and plant efficiency data for continuous improvement
