Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Operations Head

for our NBFC,

preferably a retired officer from a Nationalized / Private Bank

. The role involves overseeing end-to-end NBFC operations, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, strengthening internal controls, and mentoring operational teams with best banking practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and monitor

overall NBFC operations

including branches and back office Ensure full compliance with

RBI guidelines, banking norms, and internal SOPs

Strengthen

operational controls, audit readiness, and risk management

Oversee loan lifecycle operations -

sourcing support, documentation, disbursement, collections, and closures

Handle

internal, statutory, concurrent, and RBI audits

Guide and mentor branch staff and operational teams Review

portfolio quality, NPA trends, and operational efficiency

Coordinate with

Finance, Credit, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams

Support management in

policy formulation and process improvement

Eligibility Criteria:

Retired Bank Employees only

(Nationalized / Private / Regional Rural Banks) Retired as

Branch Manager / Senior Manager / Chief Manager / AGM or above

Minimum

25-30 years of banking experience

Strong exposure to

branch operations, credit, audits, and compliance

Experience in

retail lending / MSME / gold loan operations

preferred Sound knowledge of

RBI regulations and NBFC compliance

banking operations & regulatory frameworks

High integrity and risk-awareness Ability to set up and improve

NBFC operational systems

Good communication and documentation skills
