15+ years overall; minimum 5 years in handling discipline/security in an industrial environment preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Discipline & Conduct:
Ensure adherence to factory rules, dress code, attendance, shift timings, and behavioural protocols.
Address incidents of misconduct, absenteeism, insubordination, or substance abuse firmly and fairly.
Act as a liaison between the operations team and HR on disciplinary matters.
Monitoring & Compliance:
Conduct regular rounds to monitor plant premises and staff behaviour.
Maintain vigilance on unauthorised movements, misuse of resources, or safety violations.
Ensure compliance with company code of conduct and labor laws.
Security Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate with security staff and gate management.
Monitor visitor entry, material movement, and prevent theft/pilferage.
Lead investigations into any internal security breaches or conflicts.
Training & Enforcement:
Conduct disciplinary and behavioural training for workers and supervisors.
Cultivate a culture of respect, order, and productivity across departments.
Incident Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare reports on disciplinary actions, incident investigations, and routine compliance checks.
Maintain records related to warnings, suspensions, or terminations due to disciplinary reasons.
Support During Emergencies:
Take charge during plant-level emergencies like strikes, unrest, or safety incidents.
Coordinate with external agencies or police authorities when needed.
Key Skills & Traits:
Commanding presence with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Calm, firm, and fair approach to conflict resolution
High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive issues
Excellent communication (Hindi & English); knowledge of local language preferred
Knowledge of basic industrial labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
