Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Customer Assistance

: Greet and assist customers with their purchases. Provide detailed information about products or services. Help customers with product selection and suggest alternatives based on needs. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Sales Processing

: Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments. Issue receipts and handle returns/exchanges. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer preferences, and feedback.

Inventory Management

: Stock shelves and counters with products. Monitor stock levels and inform the inventory team of low stock items. Assist in regular stock counts and ensure inventory is properly organized.

Promotions and Marketing

: Inform customers about ongoing sales, discounts, and promotional offers. Suggest up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase sales. Ensure promotional materials are displayed effectively at the counter.

Customer Service

: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter environment. Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues effectively.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets. Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and increasing sales.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
