data-driven, strategic Retention Manager

Role Overview
As a
Retention Manager
, you will be responsible for identifying
why clients disengage
, designing
powerful retention strategies
, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to
increase client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement
.
Your work will directly impact client outcomes, company growth, and the overall quality of care we deliver.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client drop-off and disengagement trends using data, reports, and feedback
Identify root causes of client loss and service breakdowns
Design and implement
client retention strategies
and improvement plans
Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and operations teams to execute retention initiatives
Develop retention workflows, scripts, and follow-up processes
Track and report key retention metrics, churn rates, and engagement KPIs
Continuously test, optimize, and scale retention solutions
Act as a client-experience advocate across the organization
What You Bring
Proven experience in
client retention, customer success, account management, or operations
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Empathy, emotional intelligence, and a client-first mindset
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in healthcare, mental health, or service-based industries
Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, or client tracking platforms
Experience working with US-based clients or global teams
