- Retention Sales Specialist (Telecom Process - Australia)
Process: Telecom - Australia (Retention / Closing Cancelled Sales)

Shift Timing: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM | Pickup available
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Retention Specialists to handle cancelled sales for an Australian telecom process. The role requires strong sales skills, the ability to handle objections, and a proven track record in international outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to retain and recover cancelled sales.
Communicate product value and provide solutions to meet customer requirements.
Maintain high conversion and retention rates.
Manage both B2B and B2C interactions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/retention targets.
Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to compliance standards.
Salary & Incentives:
For candidates with hardcore International Sales / Telecom Sales experience:
Salary up to ₹35,000 + Incentives (B2B - ?1500, B2C - ?800)
For candidates with International BPO experience:
Salary range: ₹18,000 - ?35,000 + Incentives
Eligibility Criteria:
Relevant experience is mandatory.
Must have telecom sales / international outbound sales / retention experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in early morning shifts.
