We are looking for a data-driven and creative Retention Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our customer lifecycle campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and other owned channels. This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce, CRM tools, and automation workflows to drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Execute and optimize retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications using tools like Netcore, WebEngage, Contlo, Bitespeed, and ConvertWay.
Workflow Automation:
Set up automated journeys and behavior-based workflows to target users at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
CRM & Segmentation:
Use CRM platforms to create dynamic audience segments based on purchase behavior, engagement history, and RFM models.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
Continuously run experiments to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track key KPIs (open rates, CTR, CVR, retention rate, etc.) and share actionable insights with cross-functional teams.
Collaboration:
Work closely with performance marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
