As a Retention Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing and executing customer retention strategies across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp. You will build and optimize automated customer journeys to improve engagement, reduce churn, and grow customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage lifecycle campaigns including welcome, onboarding, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and reactivation flows.
Set up and optimize multi-channel customer journeys via Email, SMS, Push, and WhatsApp. Use tools create workflows and audience segments.
Run A/B tests to improve engagement rates (open, click, conversion).
Analyze performance metrics and customer behavior to enhance campaign Effectiveness. Collaborate with creative, product, and brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Identify retention opportunities through segmentation and behavioral triggers.
Report on retention KPIs including repeat rate, LTV, churn, and campaign ROI.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 year of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of email/SMS automation and customer segmentation.
Ability to work with data, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Good communication and project management skills.
Interest in the wellness or FMCG industry is a plus.
Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
Familiarity with referral, loyalty, or rewards programs. Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, or UTM tracking for campaign analysis
