Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute a comprehensive
retention strategy
across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Design and implement
automated customer journeys
focused on engagement, win-backs, and post-purchase communication.
Build and launch
targeted campaigns
to drive repeat orders, increase LTV, and minimize churn.
Manage
audience segmentation, personalization,
and
cohort-level performance tracking.
Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to
optimize content, timing, and targeting.
Collaborate closely with
creative, content, and customer experience teams
to deliver a consistent brand experience.
Maintain and enhance the
CRM tech stack
to support scaling retention efforts.
Requirements:-
4-7 years of experience in
retention or lifecycle marketing
within a D2C or e-commerce environment.
Hands-on experience with
Email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
(e.g., WebEngage, CleverTap, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
