Work Mode:

Onsite (6 days working)

Age Criteria:

Should not be more than 32 years

Phase 4 Udyog Vihar Sector 18, Gurgaon

Mandatory Criteria:



Must have

4-7 years of experience

in

retention or lifecycle marketing

, in a

D2C or e-commerce

setup. Must have

hands-on experience

in managing

Email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns.

Must have practical knowledge of

CRM tools

such as WebEngage, CleverTap, or HubSpot. Must have experience in

building and automating customer journeys

for engagement and retention. Must have a strong grasp of

audience segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.

Must have proven ability to

analyze campaign performance

and optimize for better results. Must have experience in driving

repeat purchases, improving LTV,

and

reducing churn.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Role Overview:-



We are seeking an experienced

Retention Marketing Manager

to lead and execute retention initiatives that drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value (LTV). The ideal candidate will own both the

strategy and execution

of retention campaigns across

Email, WhatsApp, and SMS

, building impactful customer journeys that enhance loyalty and reduce churn.

Key Responsibilities:-



Develop and execute a comprehensive

retention strategy

across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS. Design and implement

automated customer journeys

focused on engagement, win-backs, and post-purchase communication. Build and launch

targeted campaigns

to drive repeat orders, increase LTV, and minimize churn. Manage

audience segmentation, personalization,

and

cohort-level performance tracking.

Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to

optimize content, timing, and targeting.

Collaborate closely with

creative, content, and customer experience teams

to deliver a consistent brand experience. Maintain and enhance the

CRM tech stack

to support scaling retention efforts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
