Bloom Hotels is Hiring: Retention Marketing Executive (Delhi)

? Bloom Hotels is looking for a Retention Marketing Executive to enhance guest engagement, improve repeat business, and build long-term customer relationships through data-driven strategies and personalized communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute retention strategies across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms.

2. Analyze guest data and behavior to create targeted campaigns that increase repeat bookings.

3. Collaborate with digital, creative, and operations teams to improve customer experience and loyalty.

4. Manage CRM tools, track campaign performance, and share actionable insights to enhance engagement.

5. Stay updated with hospitality and marketing trends to innovate retention initiatives.

What We're Looking For

1. 1-3 years of experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle / loyalty marketing.

2. Strong understanding of CRM tools, segmentation, and automation platforms.

3. Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills.

4. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

5. A passion for hospitality and guest experience is a plus.
