In the past year; here are some of the milestones that we have achieved: 1M Active Users 100 Trusted Counsellors 400+ Students Placed Responsibilities: Plan and execute retention marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media, to engage and retain customers. Conduct data analysis to identify customer segments, behaviour patterns, and opportunities for retention improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, customer support, and data analytics, to develop and implement retention initiatives. Design and develop customer loyalty programs to incentivize and reward loyal customers. Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retention marketing. Knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as MoEngage, webengage, Salesforce, Hubspot, Oracale Requirements: Experience: 2+ years Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years of experience in retention marketing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel or Google Sheets. Experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
