Conduct data analysis to identify customer segments, behaviour patterns, and opportunities for retention improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, customer support, and data analytics, to develop and implement retention initiatives. Design and develop customer loyalty programs to incentivize and reward loyal customers. Continuously research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retention marketing.
