Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute customer retention programs.
Monitor customer behavior, feedback, and churn patterns.
Build strong relationships with key clients and resolve escalations.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to enhance customer experience.
Analyze retention metrics and prepare performance reports.
