Job Summary



The Retention Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and increase long-term client loyalty.

Role:

Lead a dedicated team focused on handling unhappy customers, running retention strategies, and converting them into revenue.

Experience Required:

Minimum 3+ years in sales, customer retention, and customer service.

Industry Preference:

Any sales-driven industry with proven experience in sales, customer service, and retention.

Team Handling:

Key Responsibilities:



Design and execute customer retention programs. Monitor customer behavior, feedback, and churn patterns. Build strong relationships with key clients and resolve escalations. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to enhance customer experience. Analyze retention metrics and prepare performance reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
